Cancellation policy

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We collect complete payment at time of checkout, then once the item(s) become available, we will send your order to you. If you purchase some items that are available and some that are pre-ordered, you will only be charged 1 shipping fee (or free shipping if the threshold is reached), Available items will be sent immediately, then the pre-order items at a later date.

 
Once the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
